Hector Berlioz: Symphonie fantastique
Berlioz’s Symphonie fantastique is sub-titled ‘An episode in the life of an artist’. Languishing in unrequited love, the composer wrote this programmatic symphony about an artist in love. The work contains powerful moments such as the March to the Scaffold and the Witches’ Sabbath. This classic work is visualised by lighting designer Timo Ollila and Dance Theatre ERI.
The length of the concert is approx. 1 h. Recommended for children and youth aged 12 and older.
