In 2013, he moved to Helsinki and started his professional studies at the Sibelius Academy under the guidance of Antti Rislakki. Additionally, he has completed exchange studies at the Malmö Academy of Music and has played in the European Union Youth Orchestra. During his studies, Lintunen began working actively as a freelance musician and has been invited to assist or substitute in almost all of Finland's city orchestras, the Finnish Radio Symphony Orchestra, the Finnish National Opera Orchestra, and the Avanti! Orchestra. In 2015, Lintunen participated in the Majaoja Percussion Competition, achieving a shared first prize.

Lintunen enjoys the musical experiences his work brings, challenging himself, and being part of a good working community. Lintunen is fascinated by the versatility of percussion instruments. In addition to playing conventional percussion instruments, he has had the opportunity to play objects such as stones, sand, water, wrenches, and shovels. In addition, he has always been an active participant in various sports during his free time.
