Marleena Olli

Marleena Olli started playing the violin with Louis Perelló-Farré at the Lappeenranta music institute. Later she has studied at the Sibelius Academy and Utrecht conservatory with Seppo Tukiainen, Charles-André and Alexander Kerr. She graduated with honors in 2008 from the Sibelius Academy

Marleena Olli has been the soloist for Lappeenranta city orchestra and the radio symphony orchestra. She has performed as a chamber musician at Lemi-Lappeenranta music festival, Nauvo chamber music festival and Nurmijärvi music festival, among others. She is one of the founding members of Tapiola Ensemble. Olli has played for a lot of different orchestras, e.g. Helsinki, Turku, Lappeenranta and Jyväskylä city orchestras. She was the 1st leader in the Sibelius Academy symphony orchestra.
