The Turku Concert Hall is in the heart of the city, on Puutori square. It has excellent transport connections, with the bus station almost next to it and the railway station less than 1 km away. If you are arriving by public transport, bus no. 1 will drop you off right in front of the building.
If you are arriving by car, the best place to park is the Puutori underground car park right beside the Concert Hall.
You are advised to arrive in good time. The doors are usually opened 15 minutes before the concert. If you are buying tickets at the door, please arrive no later than 30 minutes before the concert. Ticket sales at the door begin one hour before each event.
As a rule, latecomers will not be admitted once the concert has begun, but staff may allow you to enter between numbers or at the interval, at their discretion.
The Turku Concert Hall and most of Turku Philharmonic's other concert venues are accessible for people with disabilities, except possibly in the case of some concerts including guided tours. Check accessibility when buying your tickets. People with visual or mobility impairments may bring an assistant free of charge, but a seat must be booked for the assistant.
For lost property inquiries, contact the Operations Manager or staff members at the Concert Hall.
