The Turku Cultural Shop Ars Musica is located at the box office of the Turku Concert Hall (Aninkaistenkatu 9) and is open Mon to Fri 11.00–17.00. The Cultural Shop is also always open whenever there is an event at the Concert Hall, from one hour before the event to the end of the last interval. The Cultural Shop does not, however, sell tickets during events (when tickets are sold at the door at the Concert Hall) and does not accept ticket reservations by phone. A service fee will not be charged for Turku Philharmonic Orchestra's concert tickets bought at the Cultural Shop. A service fee is added to Turku Music Festival's tickets and Naantali Music Festival's tickets bought at the Cultural Shop.
The Cultural Shop also sells recordings, musical souvenirs and cultural products from Turku.

We accept Smartum culture tickets at the Box Office.

Lippupiste (Ticketmaster Finland)

Lippupiste adds a service fee per ticket, depending on the type of delivery.

Sales at the door

On concert nights, tickets may be bought at the door from one hour before the concert.

Gift vouchers

Make a gift of a musical experience with the Turku Philharmonic! Gift vouchers may be exchanged for Turku Philharmonic concert tickets and are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Price groups

Ticket prices are listed in the following order: normal / pensioners / concessions. Pensioners and persons eligible for a concession must be prepared to present proof of eligibility at the concert venue.

Concessions apply to students, children under 16, conscripts, non-military servicemen and unemployed persons.

Student tickets bought in advance are sold at the latter of the two quoted prices. Student tickets to symphony concerts may be bought on the day of the concert at EUR 3 each, subject to availability and by immediate purchase only (no reservations). This concession is personal and will be granted on presentation of a valid student card.

Please note that there is only a limited number of places available for mobility-impaired concertgoers. Assistants may attend events of the Turku Philharmonic free of charge with an assistant card, but a seat must be booked.

Groups and inquiries

A group discount of 10% will be granted to groups of 10 or more. Groups may also book guided tours, VIP events and various catering packages. For further information, please contact the Turku Concert Hall Sales Service.
